pic 2   Durability
- Manufactured using European, state-of-the-art, ‘injection and compression’ moulding techniques that ensure precision-formed, consistent sized, high-density, hard acrylic teeth completely absent of voids and pores. The hardness is formulated to be abrasion (wear) and fracture (cracking) resistant. Great for implants, partial and full dentures.
- The tooth surface is highly cross-linked to ensure a stain resistant finish, completely color stable and resistant to ultraviolet rays. Cross-linking on the apex surface is reduced to ensure optimal bonding with the denture base.
- ALCA teeth are manufactured in an ISO 9002 plant, CE 0473 certified, adhere to ISO 3336 synthetic resin teeth standards and are biocompatibility certified.

Aesthetics & Phonics
- ALCA teeth have a unique shading technique shading in the horizontal plane from the top down and in the vertical plane from the center to the outside edges. This simulates natural looking teeth, reflecting roots and nerves within the center of the tooth.
- The triple layered anteriors appear particularly lively because of distinct dental lamina; very natural looking due to high translucency and light reflecting characteristics.
- ALCA teeth have 18 shades to choose from. The darker shades are quite characterized making them an excellent choice for partial dentures as they are very natural looking. The lighter shades are not as characterized but are very natural looking making them an excellent choice for full dentures.
- There is a lot of free space in the palatine region for improved phonics, ensuring the patient’s speech is not hindered in any way.

Dental Lab Friendly
- ALCA teeth are easy to set up. Profiled tooth cervix collar simplifies modeling. Multiple contact and occlusal balance are achieved almost automatically. Deep fissures make for good intercusping. The posteriors have defined centric for best intercuspation and easy set-up without grinding.
- Long necks on mandibular moulds provide ready adaption to the remaining dentition, even with much gingival shrinkage.
- Clearly defined basal trough provides greatest possible bonding surface to the denture base material and saves the technician from additional grinding time.
