ALCA Premium Acrylic Teeth

ALCA premium acrylic teeth are manufactured using state-of-the-art injection/compression moulding technology (InComp). During the InComp process, high quality resin material is injected into the tooth moulds under high pressure and then compressed during polymerization while the moulds are heated.

The InComp process produces:

  • A consistent sized high density tooth, absent of voids and pores throughout
  • Excellent physical and chemical properties in each and every tooth
  • Outstanding abrasion properties that ensure patients are supplied with durable dentures
  • Equalized polymerization shrinkage due to pressurized material injection
  • Increased density of the enamel section due to material compression
  • Thin flash – providing barely noticeable proximal edges that are not visible even when single teeth are set up
  • Highly cross-linked surface finish that ensures a stain resistant, completely color stable tooth, resistant to ultraviolet rays
  • Cross-linking on the apex surface is reduced to ensure optimal bonding with the denture base
ALCA acrylic teeth are:
  • Manufactured in an ISO 9002 certified plant
  • CE 0473 certified
  • FDA approved and adhere to ISO 3336 synthetic resin teeth standards and are biocompatibility certified
ALCA moulds provide:
  • 41 – Fully contoured anterior moulds
  • 14 – Posterior moulds with a 28 degree cusp angle that corresponds extremely well to natural teeth
  • 4 – Zero degree posterior moulds for difficult full denture cases
  • ALCA molars adapt well to the remaining natural teeth even in cases of deep bite or cross bite
